When you pay the invoice and orders are delivered and paid by your customers, we will transfer the full amount of COD collected to your bank account. Payouts are transferred weekly.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Slovenia, and we ship from there.
That is why we have fast shipping times across Europe, and your customers don't need to wait 20 days for the product to be delivered.
What are the delivery time and shipping costs?
It takes us up to 2 business days to process & pack the order, and on average 2-5 days for a courier to deliver the order to the end customer. Once you register, you'll be able to see shipping costs, or you can contact us now for detailed information.
Is any branding possible if requested?
There's a possibility of package branding. You can enter the name of your shop which will be printed on package label so your customers know you are the sender.
Do you have only OEM products, or do you sell original brands, too?
All products have their own branded name, for example, KitchPro. But we only have branded packaging & boxes for some products (some have branded packaging, some have OEM packaging).
What about the return policy?
Regarding returns and refunds: there are options for a return and a refund depending on the cause.
If a customer returns a product in its primer condition and in the timeframe of 14 days, we keep shipping + return price. If we are responsible for the return (we exceeded the timeframe for sending the product or the product is damaged), we will send you a full refund. Also, if the product arrives damaged to the customer by our fault, we can do a refund, or we can send the new product.
We follow the EU procedure regarding electrical products. The warranty period is valid from the end customer's first date of product purchase, and any claim under this warranty must be filed within 12 months.
Are all product information listed in the catalog? How will I use it to start dropshipping with you?
The products displayed in the catalog are for informational purposes only. From the catalog you can choose products for your website and decide what niche or products you prefer to start dropshipping.
Then we provide an XML/CSV file containing all the information, detailed description, photos, stock, prices, etc. It's updated daily, and the stocks are updated daily—all that info you can import on your website and start selling.
You can import orders into our system:
a) manually - adding products to the cart via dropshipping app
b) in bulk - via CSV template we provide
API integration and connections with some of the most used platforms, such as Shopify and Woocommerce are coming soon!
Also, we can generate XML/CSV files for a full product portfolio or just for the specific product category on your demand.
Could you send me one product to my address first?
Yes, after you register an account and fill in your data, you can go to ordering and do some tests. Order as many products as you please at any address you like and see how everything works in practice.
At what price can I sell on my website? What about a free delivery option to an end customer?
You determine the price of the products you will sell. When determining the price, of course, our experts will explain how to take care of the profit and what is the lower limit below which you should not go.
Regarding the free delivery option, it is up to you whether you want to include delivery fee in the product price and show it as free, or charge it separately. We recommend that you test both variants.
Do I have to place orders manually on your site? Or is it automatically through my ecommerce?
Currently there are two ways to order products:
1. Manual via dropship platform(adding to cart)
2. Bulk import orders on panel via our CSV template
3. API Integration - Syncing orders directly from your store - SOON
When do out-of-stock products return?
We have a steady restock system. As soon as our stock is decreasing, we are arranging new shipments from China.
However, some products are bulky and they need to go via see/ship because of high transport price and estimated delivery time is 40-50days.
Smaller items go via air and they can be restocked every 15-20days.
What is your pricing like, do you have any minimum starting requirements too?
There is no MOQ, there is no hidden fees.
Dropshipping can be from 1pc.
